("only a single copy has so far been recorded with these leaves in
their original uncancelled state" [Colbeck p.692]). With the sig.
of A.D. Richardson to fr. ep. Binding Good (spine a bit faded
& worn at top, corners sl. bumped & worn, & hinges &
